How does one sucessfully connect this device to a PC? The device currently has a virus on it (ransomware: "cyber.police" a.k.a. "video.apk) that has it completely locked down. the only actions that can be executed are power on/off. so far we have been un-able to access safe mode as well. i am very quickly running out of options here. i need to get this device unlocked and cleaned up without losing all the auto manufacturer packs that were added to it. (approx 1200$ in add ons)
